Q. Which areas we do pick up from?.

A. We cover the whole of Greater manchester and the UK.

Q. How big are your vans?

A. Our standard van size is a minimum high-top long wheel base van. Please do not hesitate to call us for advice on the size of van required. Larger vans are available.

Q. Do I need to pre-book?

A. No! Whilst pre-booking is advised, last minute bookings are also welcome. Apart from peak hours on Saturday mornings, we can be with you within an hour.

Q. Where are you based, and do you charge for coming to you?

A. No! We only start charging from the point of our arrival until completion of job.

Q. Can the price go up after I've booked?

A. No! We always charge what we quote.

Q. What happens if you are unhappy or have a complaint?

A. Just get in touch with us and we'll work with you to resolve any problems.

Q. How do I book you?

A. Call us on 07546 837342 / text or use the online booking form. We'll contact you straightaway to give you the details and confirm the booking.

Q. Are you insured?

A. All goods in transit are insured for £1,000. Any claim which exceeds this amount is non-refundable. Our excess is £100. Our insurance covers items in transit only. It will not cover any damage which happens inside a property. If you need any further cover for moving, contact your insurance company and get appropriate insurance cover. Q. Do I have to book for a set period of time?

A. No. We have a minimum of two hours after that you just pay per hour so you can keep him for as long as needed.

Q. Can I travel in the van with the driver?

A. Yes you can but if you need two people to travel you will need to inform us at least 24hrs before your booking.
